1. When asked a question, you must verbally respond.
Just nodding your head, or saying nothing is not acceptable.
2. Always make eye contact.
When someone is speaking, keep your eyes on him/her at all times. If a classmate makes a comment, turn to face that person.
3. Do not smack your lips, tsk, roll your eyes, or show disrespect with gestures.
Gestures such as these are un acceptable and will not be taken lightly.
4. Always say thank you when I give you something.
If you do not say it within three seconds after receiving the item, or privilege, I will take it back. There is no excuse for failing to show appreciation.
5. Answer all written questions with a complete sentence.
